John has 45 years of experience in the Seismic Industry. He has worked for GSI, Sun Oil Co., General Electric Space Division, SOHIO Petroleum, and Pelton Co. both as a senior design engineer and geophysicist. John has expertise in all seismic acquisition electronics and techniques, and has been a leader in vibroseis technology since the early 1980’s. John is one of the co-founders of Seismic Source Co. and has been instrumental in the design and development of all the Seismic Source and ISEIS products.

Kyle has 30 years of experience in the Seismic Industry. He worked for Pelton Co. as a senior design engineer. Kyle has expertise with radio telemetry, GPS, Universal Encoder, Boom Box and Weight Drops. He is one of the co-founders of Seismic Source Co and ISEIS and has been instrumental in the design and development of many of its products.

Scott has 25 years of providing quality control services for oil and gas exploration companies. 8 years of designing, constructing, testing and using wireless data recording systems. While holding 4 patents relating to wireless seismograph design he also has experience with every aspect of seismic data from project design, field equipment operation and data processing through data interpretation. Scott provides training and support for field crews in Asia and data acquisition for various engineering projects both domestic and foreign.

Ben has 20 years of experience in field service, customer support, and troubleshooting seismic equipment as well as assembling and testing new equipment. Ben specializes in Seismic Source products but is also knowledgeable of ISEIS products.

Andras Feszthammer has more than 30 years of experience designing, implementing, and integrating seismic recording systems, seismic source controllers, and real-time field acquisition software. His work spans the full operational workflow, from field hardware communication and source control to acquisition front ends, telemetry, vehicle tracking, and system integration. Over his career, Andras has helped develop and support technologies used in VibroSeis, dynamite, weight-drop, nodal, and autonomous seismic operations. He has worked extensively with real-time command and control systems, field data acquisition, GPS-based synchronization, and modern IP-connected field workflows.

Paul Martin has 20 years of experience in the seismic industry spanning field operations, instrumentation, applications engineering, and technology development. His work focuses on seismic acquisition systems, embedded hardware, GNSS integration, telemetry, and real-time field technologies for modern geophysical operations. Over his career, Paul has supported and developed technologies used in seismic acquisition, source control, positioning systems, and connected field workflows. His experience includes system integration, rapid prototyping, field deployment, and development of emerging sensing technologies.

Damir Puljek is an Seismic operations professional with 22+ years of global experience in acquisition, project delivery, and field leadership. Specialized in 2D, 3D, 4D seismic and VSP operations, with a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and next-generation digitally connected seismic technologies.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in sales, accounting and office management. Her primary responsibilities at Seismic Source include sales, accounts receivable and customer service. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 2009 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
