PEG40kg

PEG40kg

Overview

The PEG-40Kg Propelled Energy Generator is a lightweight, highly portable seismic energy source designed for geology, geophysics, civil engineering, and near-surface seismic applications. PEG systems use simple and effective elastomer band technology to propel the hammer to high velocity for reliable seismic energy generation.

The PEG-40Kg is designed for efficient field deployment and can be mounted on trucks, SUVs, trailers, and all-terrain vehicles. The system is built with two manageable components for fast installation and de-installation in the field while maintaining excellent portability and low operating cost.

The compact and lightweight design reduces shipping cost and simplifies transport. The PEG-40Kg provides repeatable seismic energy output with a simple and economical field operation workflow, making it well suited for engineering, geotechnical, MASW, and shallow seismic acquisition projects.
