Bird Dog 3 Wi-Fi Plus
Geophone acceptance testing and field quality control with Wi-Fi, battery power, and browser-based GeoTest software.
Bird Dog 3 Wi-Fi Plus
Overview
The Bird Dog 3 Wi-Fi Plus is a portable geophone acceptance testing and field quality control system. It includes the features of the Bird Dog 3 with built-in battery power and Wi-Fi for easier use in the field.
The system allows crews to test individual geophone elements, strings of geophones, or one 3-component geophone. GeoTest software can be used from a Windows computer, Android tablet, iPhone, or any browser-connected device through the internal web-based interface.
Bird Dog 3 Wi-Fi Plus records test results, stores GPS time and location with every record, and provides data for statistical analysis, reporting, and client documentation. It is designed to verify geophone performance anywhere and at any time, including locations where the recording system cannot run tests.
